Averos has made the province of West Papua and the city of Sorong proud in the Indonesian Student Research Competition (KOPSI) 2020, organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture. In this prestigious competition, students from SMA Averos won a silver medal in the field of Applied Physics and Engineering.

With determination and strong determination, Muhammad Lutfi Usman and Ratna Juwita Salensehe won the silver medal in this field, bringing well-deserved recognition to their school, city, and province.

Additionally, an Appreciation and Local Innovation Award was achieved by Richinta Tanisa Masadah and Fidelia Hotma Panjaitan. This award acknowledges the creativity and innovation of SMA Averos students in utilizing and developing local potential.
