Averos Senior High School is a private high school located in Sorong, West Papua. Established in 2005 under the auspices of the Averos Science Education Foundation. Averos holds an A-Accreditation and is one of the two high schools in West Papua that were included in the first batch of Transformative Schools Program in the 2021/2022. Our vision is to create generations with virtuous character and proficiency in the field of science and technology. We are committed to providing holistic and quality education to every student.

Through diverse extracurricular programs and guidance from experienced teachers, our students are encouraged to explore interesting and relevant topics. They are given opportunities to observe, record, analyze data, and draw conclusions from their own projects. In this way, we hope our students can develop skills in critical thinking, logic, and creativity.
With a learning approach focused on science and technology, we strives to create an inspiring and innovative educational environment. Through the education we provide, we aim for each student to grow and develop into a quality generation with noble character, prepared to face the increasingly complex and global challenges of the future.
